- I have AnyDesk installed on my computers. I port forward an external port to the AnyDesk port on those computers. I currently have 2FA on so that a random person can't connect to the port and brute force the password. However it's annoying to have to put in the 2FA code every single time I connect. Is there any way to customized when 2FA is used?
- If unattended access is set up, the client doesn't need to wait for the host to accept the connection. AnyDesk auto-updates and can enter full-screen mode, create a balance between quality and speed of the connection, transfer files and sound, sync the clipboard, record the remote session, run keyboard shortcuts, take screenshots of the remote.
- A remote client can be requested by entering the AnyDesk ID or Alias, displayed in the ID label of the Main Window of the remote client. Clients to request sessions with are also available from the Speed Dial or Address Book. A session request must be accepted manually on the remote side to start. For automatic access, see: Unattended Access.
- Control Panel = Administrative Tools = Services = AnyDesk Service = Right click and select properties = Startup type from Automatic to Manual = also you can press on stop button. Next time when you want to start the application, windows will ask for permission (UAC) to start the AnyDesk service and also after quitting the application.
